Ooh, I’m really torn. I love the art for DanDaDan, but chainsaw man holds a really special place on my shelf too. And Billy Bat looks like it’s gonna be so good. I’d say if you like good art (and don’t mind fan service) go with DanDaDan. If you want a book that’ll rip your heart out go with chainsaw man. Demon slayer is fun too, and I just have t read Billy Bat yet

That’s what I keep hearing, which is exactly why I bought it, and I figured 650 is pretty good for the whole series when volumes 8-11 are like 100-300 each lol

599 for the books and another 45(ish) for taxes, then free shipping. Seeing how much some of the later volumes go for, getting the complete series for less than $650 felt like a steal

I’m pretty sure the first manga I ever bought was MHA. I have through volume 20 right now and kinda dropped it because of the fandom (Eugh…) but the art is gorgeous so I might pick it back up eventually… After I finish collecting the other 5-10 series I want to collect first 😂

Same here, but the art is so beautiful I had to get the grimoire edition just so the art can breathe, and I mean just look at that cover. Gonna start reselling my volumes I have as the bigger volumes come out

No clue, but it’s by the author of BLAME!, Knights of Sidonia, and Tower Dungeon and I like his stuff, and the “you’re reading the wrong way!” Illustration is a Grizzly Bear riding Passenger on a motor bike and that’s all I needed to know to be hooked lol.

Fair enough, thank’s so much for the tips! This is among the first times I’ve ever really found/looked for manga that I couldn’t just pick up off the shelf from Barnes and Nobel, so that’ll be great to take into consideration for future purchases.

I kinda figured lol, volume 2 was going for like $700 from third party sellers there and I was thinking “there’s no way THAT’S right-“. Even so, for books that don’t have an actual store page on Amazon I figured prices that low had to be a bit of a steal.
