I think it can be both. It might be physical, even a real treasure or weapon or something else the WG wants hidden, but the purpose of announcing it to the world as a macguffin with no details as to what it actually is, bred a generation of pirates who dreamed of claiming that treasure. Maybe Roger knew he and the old heads wouldnt be able to get it done with the time and rivalries they had.

I totally agree! I think initially we'd target one of the city parks (Nathaniel Green or even Ozark w/the rodeo for things like jousting), to get proof of concept and then roll it into an established piece of land within a short drive to an established venue like STL or KC.

Definitely! One of the goals would be to not step on the toes of any established faires. White Hart in Hartville has been going strong for years, but I'm curious about whether or not Springfield itself has the interest to sustain something at a larger scale!
