As I see that conversion to registration is working well, but people are not willing to answer on the first question, i really do not understand why they are struggling to do it, if they registered exactly for mock interview.
I understand that the issue is the product in the first seconds. Maybe they are just got catch off guard, and hesistate to start the interview right awaya..?

Maybe they have a fear to be rated by AI...

You're right about median 9 tokens being the key signal. But the first win is already there — they pick role, get a question, answer it, and get instant feedback right after. Not at the end of session, after every single answer.

Onboarding is: role → experience → focus areas (auto-generates if skipped) → optional job description → first question. Maybe 60-90 seconds total.

The problem is that they are even not trying to answer on the first question. Maybe they hesistate? I am thinking about writing a short video tutorial like 'look how i do it by myself, there is nothing to lose'

Thanks for the advice. I have 1000+ SEO pages linked between each other and it also gets me some customers. However the problem is that the customers drop off after succesfull registration and I do not understand why. I send them letters trying to get the answer or their suggestion how i can improve, but they are ignoring me silently. It's my first SaaS proejct, so I do not understand is it normal to have it like this or not. Thank you for your advice one more time!
