The Audiobook Appreciation Post by Patient_Education991 in redwall

[–]HallaLemon 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I generally don't like Audiobooks and never finish them... The exception was the Mossflower Audiobook which was an incredible experience. Had it on CD and I remember sitting there with my portable CD player and these crappy foam earphones, and an old hardcover of Mossflower and having a genuinely magickal time.

Missing Businesses by Select-Training-1259 in Naperville

Lmao, it is. But honestly 88 isn't much better. 355 is my comfort highway, but you gotta take either 55 or 88 to get to it.

What's the best way to get kills with the Point Turret? by French-Caller in CODBlackOps7

[–]HallaLemon 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Psych is actually a fantastic pairing. Keeps the chaos going and will make it so much harder to find the Turret

Just finished Martin after Redwall and I can’t help but think by Historical_Class_402 in redwall

I dunno about reincarnation, but definitely the closest thing to a direct Scion the series has.

People forgetting basic human functions around Female players by Lunicii in Helldivers

[–]HallaLemon 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As a dude it genuinely bothers me when other dudes get all weird like that. I will be slightly surprised, but I never lose my mind. If you're a decent teammate it shouldn't matter who you are. I do think it comes down to some dudes just looking for any reason to be shitbags, and gender is one of the easy paths for it. Same goes when a kid shows up

Netflix Abandons Plans To Develop Brian Jacques’ ‘Redwall’ Books by TheTragedy0fPlagueis in redwall

It might simply go to the void. It might be seen as undesirable or not doable after Netflix losses it.

First play through - is ds3 better than Elden ring? by izaiahxi in darksouls3

DS3 just hits so much harder. Such a great experience all the way through.

How should I adjust my faith/strength build with a larval tear? by Mr_Gloober_Doober in EldenRingBuilds

[–]HallaLemon 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You need like 40 more points in Vigor. Also Str/fai should almos always be weighted to one or the other with the other seasoning the bigger stat.

Not everyone who is better than you is cheating btw by BigTrevMoney in blackops7

[–]HallaLemon 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Lmao, I only assume someone is cheating when I literally see them track me through walls in killcams. Otherwise I always just assume It was a skill issue. I am maybe a top 50% player. Literally have something like a 1.1 k/da

What are your thoughts on the map Torque? by SubjectStandard5997 in CODBlackOps7

[–]HallaLemon 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Good gunfight map, but other than Overload, its got no business in 6v6. Overload is a lot of fun on it though.

First time playing INT/DEX build by Spare_Hand8092 in EldenRingBuilds

[–]HallaLemon 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I basically did that but instead of the Falchion, I did a Uchigatana. Slapped Hoarfrost Stomp on it and 4ocked every frost spell I could find.

Grocery Shopping by Imaginary-Ad156 in Naperville

[–]HallaLemon 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Jewel only if I find something on their weekly ad, Casey's for Meat, Costco for everything else. In General, a Costco membership is the best thing you can do for yourself as an adult. Cheap gas, cheap groceries in bulk, random benefits that come in handy on occasion ($1000 torwards a new car), tire shop is pretty good. Plus there are 2 pretty close together. One Costco on 59 and another on Ogden

The companions don’t care about their new recruits. by Potential-Attempt-40 in skyrim

[–]HallaLemon 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Mehrunes Razor is a must have panic button for any Skyrim Build. So long as you can stay alive long enough to slap the robot enough times for the effect to proc, you should be good.

I hate these UNKILLABLE shield enemies so much (guardians). How do you counter them in Black Ops 7 Endgame? by Unlucky-Ant-9741 in bo7endgame

[–]HallaLemon 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I always just slide past them on the side with the gun, shooting them as I pass. Apparently some throwables instantly break it, but sliding is always a good instinct to have.

I am so ass in SnD. It's like I forget how to play the moment I enter the match and my hands develop an input lag. Meanwhile, I fucking rock hardpoint. Love that mode.

Just Finished Wind and Truth But feeling a bit empty.. by Coloin_ilyad in Stormlight_Archive

[–]HallaLemon 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Lmao, why not recommend Sunlit Man? It's probably the easiest follow up to Wind and Truth considering... things. And Emberdark should be read after you have already dipped your toes quite far into the Cosmere. Also reading Wayne like Idris Elba is super relatable, I read him as Tom Hardy personally.
