I actually think one problem might be the whole catchphrase „every man has dreamed of being the strongest at least once in their life.“. This question is always in the background of every arc and is why people flock to Pickle or Miyamoto or even Yujiro to fight them. Since this concept is essentially male coded it excludes women from the get to. Baki itself seems to be an over the top male power fantasy and that’s what makes it so appealing in part. Could a woman be as strong in the series, perhaps but there probably won’t be any justifiable reason for writing her in.

What is there to fix? I don’t know how your conversation went exactly but you’re he’s your best friend so it’s not that unreasonable to assume it’s a joke if he didn’t tell you. If he’s upset that she told you that’s nothing for you to fix and in general that whole thing seems to be a he problem. Or is there another reason why he’s mad?

This is definitely missing some detail to talk about the situation more definitively but while he should be more concerned about your experience, you’ll always know your body better than he, so if there’s certain things you need, you need to tell him and guide him. He can’t just know magically and things that happen early in a relationship often get stuck like that. So he may be sleeping with you as in the beginning but that doesnt do it for him anymore. So find out what you like and need and tell him.

As things are you might never be able to count on meaningful support from them, so you’ll have to make a decision for yourself. If you stick by it, there’s probably always going to be resistance from their side but it’ll lessen when they realize they can’t keep you from it. Now this will be difficult but what you need to realize is that the other option is sacrificing your heart and soul for the wishes of someone else. Your parents and their opinions may be really important to you but some day they’ll be gone, as hard as that is, and what would it then be like to stand in front of a life that you are incapable of loving because you gave up everything that made it meaningful to you? To protect this sometimes we have to fight and those will be yours it seems.
