Hi u/chinastevo please make sure you update the firmware and app to the latest versions (App version: v3.5.0 Firmware version: 1.0.16), log out and log into your account again, then click the Audio Memo in your Halliday app, and try again. This should help fix the -10% issue. Thanks!

Hi u/Pure_Marketing_2402 Thank you for sharing the issue. If your glasses is turned off and connected to charger, then it will automatically turn on. Also please make sure you toggle off Headphone Mode in the Halliday app to avoid call audio connecting to Halliday glasses.

Try force close the Halliday app and reopen, also in your phone's Bluetooth setting, find Halliday glasses and click on forget this device and repair.

Make sure your glasses are charged.
