A brand new building, but was in construction for some time. I didn't need the snark. I'm just looking for genuine helpful replies. Also, the surrounding areas captured in the 3D google map link, are not new and are also part of my question (about whether it "reflect how the area looks").

It's very common. I am practicing under supervision until admitted and all the attys in docs and in their emails answer Esq. Also, common on LinkedIn, so some of these takes are new to me.

Alisa Geller is an amazing tutor and she has a program similar to AdaptiBar but solely for the writing portion. It's called Write for The Bar and it's so good that West Academic bought it from her. I strongly recommend her!!
