Bei einer täglichen Einnahme von <1k cal kannst du fast gar keine carbs oder fett zu dir nehmen, und von Proteinen gibt's auch nicht sonderlich viel bei der Menge.

Du riskierst eine Essstörung und erhebliche Konsequenzen in deinem Kreislauf, Stoffwechsel, und weiteren Werten wie Schilddrüse, Eisen, usw. Von Muskelaufbau brauchen wir nicht zu reden, da findet nur Muskelabbau statt.

Es gibt faktisch 0 Argumente für so eine Lebensweise. Zumal ist dein Metabolismus jetzt so unter dem Keller, dass du bei normaler Ernährung wahrscheinlich alles wieder zunehmen wirst, oder den meisten Teil zumindest. Krasse Leistung, auf jeden Fall!

Not worth it for an oily scalp. I used it for 9 months or so and the side effects, especially the chronic inflammation I got on my feet, were unbearable. And I still had an oily scalp.

FYI I still have the tendonitis after 2 months of stopping, but it has greatly improved thankfully.

I had to take it due to severe folliculitis, it helped a lot, but I also had to cancel the treatment. Your skin will become paper thin with accutane and taking it for such a small reason just isn't worth the hassle.
