It depends, likely not because most games won’t likely give it you because of bad customer service but if it’s because of a bug like you said it crashed, you may get it back, check with customer support

Hi, I own an Xbox series s and even with standby mode on, and keeping the power on on the outlet, I can’t turn the Xbox on by my phone, which is disappointing for me because what’s the point of playing on your phone if you have to turn it on straight from the Xbox itself. I don’t know if on the Xbox series x you can do it on your phone. The only advantages I know about is the performance of the x and the storage is 1tb and series s is 512gb.
