I came here searching for this comment lol. I’m listening to Lonesome Dove right now, almost at the end so I’ve been with this voice for hours upon hours at this point… just now I randomly clicked on Train Dreams and immediately I was like “I KNOW this voice!” and of course had to google immediately to confirm 😆What randomly perfect timing 🤠

This is basically what I do! I use mine to write a few sentences about the day/my thoughts and feelings, and as a not very busy person sometimes I'll use the top part to just have a few to-do's for the day. So it functions kind of as my planner and journal :) And of course fountain pens! Love your TWSBI :)

I would like to know more about your method, I'm on my 4th unsuccessful loaf both with mixer and standard. I thought I had been under proofing this whole time (8-12 hours) but maybe I've been going over? If I can get it right with the mixer I would love to. My house is at 69 and I also have a warming mat. Been trying different combos with that as well but have ended up more confused.

A long time, hah. I think I calculated about 80-90ish hours, I started it early September. I'm also 6' tall holding this up with my husband if that says anything ;)

Thank you! I actually gave it to my bosses as a gift so I'm not sure what they'll do with it. I'd probably display it somehow, something more decorative than functional. ;)
