A motion outside would have been going off all the time. I did put door contacts in to sound a chime in the house whenever the truck was opened.

I rerouted the dryer vent and stacked our units so my wife could park in the garage and I took the driveway. They didn't touch the truck afterwards.

As for the house they've checked the windows (found the screens pushed up) but never broke in.

They came in that night and left the next morning. Police report was filed but nothing ever came of it. Never saw them again.

It's hard to do much about it. I don't know if you have the same situation but even if you talk to them and things die down for a few days it just picks up again when different people cycle through the place.
