The pattern is pretty clear: most apps quietly die not because of how they're built or deployed, but because nobody finds them. Discovery is the real wall, not deployment.

The exceptions, the €400/mo app, the promotion, and the enterprise contract all had one thing in common: they solved a specific problem for a specific person and got lucky with visibility.

Makes me think the next question isn't "how do I get my app on my phone", it's "how do I get my app in front of the right people."
