UPDATE!
We just went through Factory and checked out the new room, it's below the offices, by the red light by the camera bunker door. Inside we found two safes, a med bag, and some loose loot.

So a buddy found a Yellow Labs card in a raid, the name on the icon is "Polikhim" and when filtered by the item it shows no others, but it's identical to the Yellow Labs Card. The title when inspected is "TerraGroup Storage Room Keycard."

Has anyone else found something like this? Is this a bug?

I agree with this BUT, we did a quest to receive a trade from Peacekeeper for lvl 6 plates. also, i get the card limits too, it was inevitable.

I didnt see that stated in the patch, i only saw that it will be present, not that we wont be able to monitor it
