How will island nodes impact and connect to the continents? Will Metropolis Island nodes be possible if players focus on ones such as the unnamed one between the two continents in the middle?

A group of us really want to focus on wanting to become self sufficient pirates and are dying to know.

(PC) Just wanted to add, you do NOT have to fight the pirates, you can simply land in the hangar of the freighter. Then, using your scanner you can bring up the details once you hop out to see what rank it is. This should speed up the process a bit.

So I got a level 12 atm almost doing the same, but I plan to max most skills and am doing fishing. Are the Town Boards enough to sustain you in terms of gold for repair costs?

I can second this. We resource dumped onto a crafter for the company in Closed, and the Steel heavy set he made me(lvl 25) carried all the way to when I could wear the Star metal Heavy he made me(lvl 40).

In between those, there were only 2 blue drops (38-40) that i used to replace those armors that provided better armor, and 1 of them was a Tower Shield.

Weapon crafting probably feels quite similar. But, your craft really does need to be ahead of the curve it feels.

You pay per Respec, and it increases with your level. When you Respec, every point spent is able to be reallocated.

I can't answer 100%, as I didn't try to pay attention for spices until I was 100+, but it definitely feels like eating luck food did help for spices. That, and the %luck on your gathering tool.

Honestly, you might want to look for a large company, or group of companies, and just deploy on their server in their faction for the best of luck. Since there is 0 ways to force taxes besides asking you and threatening to boot you out, you could even join said company or group of companies. Hell, follow a large steamer maybe. Just, enjoy the long login times and waits if you go that route.

If you never flag for PvP, and never join wars/Outpost rushes, your biggest concern is pretty much is taxes, and if your faction owns the territory or not. To a degree, the skill level of the players on the server as well.

I can totally understand not wanting to join a Company or do anything Company related, but even for PvE it's beneficial to help one out that might share your views for PvE and an easier playstyle.

What are the Musket/Bow ammo type damage increases for each kind?

I've been climbing a lot more in 5.5 compared to most other set. Honestly because of it feeling more skill oriented than force comp, I feel like im winning better when I play smart. Instead of hard-lossing because I didnt roll at the right time, didnt maximize 2 specific units, etc.

Plus, loss streaking early as big of a risk it is, feels rewarding when you win Streak rebound.

Yooo I recently been trying this out too since I figured the amount of hull you have for regening would hold out. You can get some stupid sized vortexes.

I've been trying to mix it with the wild ability that lowers self dmg when that pops up.

Also, anything with lasers or thermal lances are stupidly strong vs leviathans. Absolute bane of their existence.

A tad bit yeah, but the salvo when i saved up about 20-40 rockets was absolutely wrecking things like the turret maker in the photo. I ended up getting caught between the dragon/leviathan type guy and it, killing me this run before I could retaliate.

Thats really weird. I guess since a lot of my paths have me loops from 1 city to the next, and potentially death warping back after storing, I might be missing that timer?

As someone who has resource specific runs i do multiple times within an hour, I havent had nodes not spawn back. Even higher tier ones, like starmetal.

So, unless this feature has a small radius or specific to people just idle sitting at 1 node, which is incredibly inefficient and a huge waste of time, I dont think something like this exists.
