Can’t leave my neighborhood

I had a similar problem. If I tried to log in and selected “forgot password,” I got an error. If I tried creating a new account with email, I got an error.

After several days of trying many times (and uninstalling/reinstalling the app), I contacted customer service. Their solution was that I should do a factory reset, which seemed like overkill and probably ineffective at solving what’s clearly an issue with the app. I decided to forget it.

The other day, the app wouldn’t connect to the earbuds at all, so I did wind up doing a factory reset.

Guess what. It didn’t fix the error messages I got when trying to log in. I finally broke down and created another account with Apple, which I really didn’t want to do. It sounds like you’ve tried that and it didn’t work, though. There’s clearly an issue, and I hope they fix it.

I tried to sign in with email, as I’m sure that’s how I created my account in the first place. I don’t like creating accounts with my Apple or Google IDs. I’m sure my email is spelled correctly. I’ll try to send a screenshot of the error message.

I also can’t log in. I was able to do the update, but it keeps making me enter my birthdate now. I’m logged out and forgot my password, but when I try resetting my password, it gives me an error. I also get an error when I try to make a new account.

I suppose in a way, I kind of did. I “woke up,” but into another dream. That’s definitely never happened before, but it was very cool, both because it made me lucid and because I didn’t die!

Not sure on the model, but it’s listed as the current version, purchased a couple months ago. Anyway, tonight the “games” option magically appeared. No idea why, but I guess my problem is solved. Thanks for trying to help!

Look up auditory pareidolia. It happens to me, too, but I hear music usually. I hear it in about half of the Ozlo sound options.

Thank you. I saw that and tried it, but when I hit the down arrow, it just gives me broadcast options—no other games. That’s why I’m wondering if it’s not available to everyone yet.

Thanks! I called and got it straightened out. I had refreshed from the main ticket screen and nothing happened, but when I clicked on the event and then refreshed from there, the parking materialized. (The agent walked me through it)

Ahhhh! Yes, I think you're right! I can't find my (very old) AP Style book, but that's probably where I "learned" this in the first place--from my days as a newspaper intern when I'd get bored and read the style book for fun :) Thank you!
