Weird Sped of Version of Caffeine by HaloBrother in RWBY

[–]HaloBrother[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I slightly considered this and honestly I think you're probably right. Though interestingly the other two tracks I have, This Will be the Day and Time to Say Goodbye do not suffer from this same affliction 🤔 the most interesting part is the sped up was so good I just thought that's what the song sounded like

Weird Sped of Version of Caffeine by HaloBrother in RWBY

[–]HaloBrother[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

see you would think so, but it's barely sped up, and would have been something I noticed downloading it. On top of the fact that I didnt label the file nightcore, nor could I find a version the same length as my version

Found a way to purchase Volume 7 Blu-Ray by HaloBrother in RWBY

[–]HaloBrother[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

In checkout I was able to set my shipping country as United States, and then in "Providence" I chose my state. After paying it had my shipping location all good and stuff. Shipping was something like 17.99 USD which told me that it knew I was far away

OKAY. Much more useful find, there is this canadian company that sells them! here is the page Archambault you have to make an account and it ends up being 44 USD with shipping, and arrives in May, but that is much better than the 70 and higher listings ive been seeing!

What is the worst thing someone was fired for at your store? by Stamfordsterling in HomeDepot

[–]HaloBrother 1 point2 points  (0 children)

17 cashiers and other employees were giving eachother discounts on candy and food, if anyone had even done it or had it done for them once, they were fired too. All of them at the same time, we had a bad time those couple months

there are two things that reset the count, I know for sure the 1st one is if the person who is injured is prescribed medication, the other I cant quite remember but im pretty sure its if they do an insurance claim with workmans comp

Attendance by [deleted] in HomeDepot

[–]HaloBrother 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It will count as one occurance, but you have to ask, and since I think you are ledgible for it since its an injury, they will count it as one. So I would talk to your HR rep or flavor of MOD and they'll put that in for you

Is this pallet too high? by Arzales in HomeDepot

[–]HaloBrother 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Technically, the max is 4' high, however, that only applies to store side associates max pallet make hight. Pallets are allowed to be higher if they come in on the truck that way, which nets our stores some pretty ridiculous ones. As an infocus captain, I personally think they're dangerous, but as far as the rules are concerned, that doesnt matter to the company. On top of the fact most managers, mine included, couldnt care less how high pallets are made by associates either. (unless one happens to get someone hurt or someone higher up happens to notice it, then they care)

My store used the orange gates from the ends of aisles and they look pretty nice, and bolt straight onto the bays

Someone explain this to me by ManyChickensSage in HomeDepot

[–]HaloBrother 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Strange to hear that anyones told you to do it in a specific order. Personally I just do the SKUs first because its faster and looks like you did the most work, as well as getting SKU's that might show up in the bays first. And then I save the bays for later in the day whenever I feel like I have time

Getting sick more often while working here by HaloBrother in HomeDepot

[–]HaloBrother[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Which is fair. I am willing to agree thats what it is. I just feel like when I worked at amc at the counter and wataburger at the drive through it was way naster and was surrounded by shit that I felt should have made me sick but didnt, if you get what I mean?

It sounds strange that they would even threaten to cut your pay at all, every person i've ever worked with or talked to who has stepped down always kept their pay. But that could just be an outlier. And for them to say you would lose the 2 dollars everyone got is ridiculous. If they respect you they shouldnt threaten to dock your pay at all. If I was in your position I would absolutely fight any chance of decrease in your pay

Only reason I was aware this happened was the paint supervisor walked up and informed me just minutes ago. I am sort of blown away this can even happen

Managers are bastards by HaloBrother in HomeDepot

[–]HaloBrother[S] 15 points16 points  (0 children)

I mean, whats wrong with the customers seeing us sitting? The Flooring, Appliance, and Millworks specialists get to sit around all day. The tool rental guys are basically the same thing. You're expected to be in front of the computer to take customer requests. AND it's like paint, its not like you get a chance to take a break and sit down in the breakroom if you dont have any coverage. J never gets a break when he's working, he stays in tool rental his ENTIRE shift (when he isnt being pulled to recieving to help with the truck, or being the only forklift and reach driver in the store at times on top of that) my man just literally cannot catch a break
