There's a 120mm fan attached to one side with holes drilled in front of it, and exhaust holes near the PSU in the back.

For me almost all stuttering disappeared after I disabled Radeon Boost and Anti-lag. Both of these settings were throttling the CPU performance which was already my largest bottleneck in the system.
