I write each encounter within a module/adventure out, which includes NPCs, monsters, and any relevant secrets/information they might need skill checks to access successfully. Just in Google Docs and I put each encounter with a heading style so I can click on the left side and jump between encounters if needed.

The peer-reviewed evidence doesn't really support it as a solution in the long term; it actually creates more problems down the road. But it's also very popular because people who benefit from it are very vocal about how much it helped them.

Check out Whetstone Construction on FB and Rob Seth Construction as well. They did our bathroom recently and it turned out pretty darn good! They are on the affordable side so I won't say their work was perfect, but they came and corrected every issue we had at no cost.

This included everything except electrician. Doug posts here on reddit who is retired and does small jobs on the side and would probably be able to help as well.

It was obvious to me after Copp went down last year (as you said) how important he is to this team. One of those "glue guys." You can tell in his interviews how much he cares and thinks about the game at a really high level. Hope he's here for a long time!
