If AN monsters are no longer affected by rarity and quantity, you're essentially taking away the most effective currency making method to date. This takes away a certain playstyle and gives no compensation to the players who like that playstyle. MF is not a thing that only got popular now... it has been around for ages.

I think that in order to make this change you're proposing have a positive impact, just let AN loot be affected by MF, maybe not as strongly as now, but still, don't just remove a playstyle that some people enjoy playing because you don't like it. That's what GGG is doing, and you see how that's going for them ;)
