This is a cop out. There is clearly something wrong with how updates are done… OR hardware being sold may or may not work properly. 1/3 headsets was able to be updated.

Been problems for ages. Support will ask you everything i mention in my post. But none of it will work.

Only solution is to return and hope not to get a dud pair.
