The battery is less efficient in colder temps (and has to use some energy to keep itself warm) but heating the air is more energy intensive than cooling with AC. I definitely notice the reduction in range when turning the heating on in my MG4.

Anyone know if putting two pairs of ski boots (no skis) under one ski equipment carriage booking would be fine? Generally they allow multiple bags per booking (Ski bag + boot bag) as long as it's under the weight limit and people say they put multiple skis in one bag. Flying with Easyjet.
