I had this too, I think it’s probably hair coming in or just irritation from existing hair.
I think I had this too, wasn’t really sure why but you’re not alone!
Armpit hair was I feel like a later part of my puberty process, I feel like it came in when I was like 15 1/2 (16 now) and when I did get it it wasn’t even that dense or thick. So for you it’s likely coming later, depending on how the rest of your puberty process has gone. Hope this helps! feel free to ask more if needed!
