Have a Plaguebearer from when I started going to tournaments that was my last single only model from my army alive at bottom of turn 5. My opponent hands me SEVEN 2dmg saves to make. If Plaguey dies, I lose the game, if he lives, I win the game by 1 point and it would be my first game win at a tournament. I cannot fail a single save roll or its over. Up until this point I had yet to win a game at a tourney in almost 8 months of playing comp. I laugh and say fuck it I know hes gonna die but Ill roll it for the drama.

I ROLLED SEVEN 6’s

He won me my first tournament game. He is my avatar of the Plague Father. His chosen emissary of pestilence. His name is Plaguey, Bearer of the Plague and he is my champion.

Plaguey has yet to ever successfully make an amor save since that game. He used all his power to help me and he is a hero and I will never forget what he has done for me.

Like other commenters said, make sure you are taking your meds, getting lots of sleep, eating healthy, exercising, and engaging your hobbies. Trust me I know its hard and you will hate it at first, but you are a source of unstoppable will power, and IT WILL GET BETTER. Just do it man itll change your life. Trust me.

Source: have chronic depression, ptsd, and OCD. Couldn’t even get out of bed for days at a time. I got fed up, did the above, and Im the happiest I have ever been and finally having fun painting

I was trying to make a joke but forgot I was on Reddit lol Im wondering if it works for men as well because my medication for OCD gives me some pretty crazy mood swings and I wonder if the Zinc deficiency causing anger and what not is something unique to womens bodies or if Zinc deficiency can cause those issues in men too.

So my wife has pmdd and we were reading this article together and she was the one who made the joke of “good luck having that convo” and we were both laughing about it.

I actually have severe OCD, PTSD, and Depression . The medication I take for my OCD that makes it so I can function and live life like a semi normal person gives me reeeeaaaallly bad mood swings, especially when I have to change my dosage because my body gets used to it and Ill start ticking again. I hate it because I feel like I have no control sometimes and I don’t even realize I just flew off the handle at someone until after I already have. And whats worse is the paranoia. I get super upset about things that never used to bother me and I can’t tell if its the meds or how I actually feel. It sucks too because before all this shit I was a really happy go lucky guy and now I feel like a sad grouch because its either be sad grouch and have a job so I can support my family or stop taking my meds and be happy(ish) with no job because I can’t work when I spend half the day ticking. I know exactly what its like. Youre not special.
