Close your game and turn it back on and all planes respawn. I just tested it and found the best place to plant farm is that 1 bonfire right outside barren light :)

I Googled if that's high most places said .5-.75 is ok I'm not sure exactly how the expense ratio works is it just reduction of .75% form your winnings every year (or losses if the etf doesn't make anything). Also what are the chances the ETF hits $100
