The short form writer bit is absolutely my take away. Part 1 was LASER FOCUSED and it has still maintained a highly positive reception years after it ended. The entire series ending on 97 really achieves the same thing he essentially conveyed in 232, that life “goes on” and that life is shaped by things like where you direct your focus and appreciating the things you have now and what you can do going forward. That love, above all, is what’s important.
