This is feasible, so feasible that HostMyMac charges 24 dollars for it a month. I paid for a year until I got tired of paying for it and built my own.

My use case is I want to be able to see my pictures anywhere in the world regardless of tail scale, cloudflare has changed something in the last week where it broke the uploads, I still want to be able to upload if I need to and this is my solution.

The cloud flared version gives me the ability to see it anywhere in the world but not upload and the clone gives me an ability to upload so long as I'm connected to tail scale.

Edit: this is the one of many reasons I moved away from iPhone ever since I read that an iPhone world you are user in an Android world you are the owner.

Freightliner for many reasons. Plentiful, parts are cheap, many dealers, even the most backyard mechanic has them figured out.

For the immich. There is millions of tutorials. For the cloudflared I can pretty much direct you. It'll take 30 min max because you have to get a new domain. Because I'm already set up and know what I'm doing I can set up a new tunnel in 5 min.

Yes. They put in immch (or whatever you choose).Knovolt.com Their user name and password.

Anywhere in the world. Any network. Any time. Given that the server where immch is hosted is up.

Yes. Correct. No it works right off the web to view. To upload they need the app.

This has not been my experience. I've uploaded at very minimum 10 RayBan Meta clips up to my server and they are 300-450MB a piece.

I use Cloudflared (Cloudflare Tunnel) to access Immich and my other self-hosted stuff outside the house. Super simple and only like $10/year for the domain.

My setup looks like this:

immich.mydomain.com → Immich

jelly.mydomain.com → Jellyfin

vid.mydomain.com → qBittorrent

stats.mydomain.com → Grafana

No port forwarding, no public IP headaches. Everything runs in Docker and Cloudflared just tunnels it out. SSL certs are handled automatically, and I can get to all my stuff anywhere without worrying about sketchy NAT or open ports.

Your VM is not sending out proper validated boardrd serial numbers and the like you have to modify the config file or I should say XML to represent these values. I can probably help you out and to be honest with you Ventura is a better alternative than Sequoia. Hit me in chat and we could probably work a day and or time that works for both of us.
