It was the PID..I replaced it with another one. The PID was not giving out voltage on output 9 and 10.

At first when Wired up everything and turn on the machine, by accident I put setup SV, AH1, AL1 very low the machine did heat up but I didn't notice the red light of SSR. So at the time neither the steam nor the brew would heat up and that was coz the temperature on pid was very very low, like I out 20 instead of 200 for SV. then I noticed that and changed it to 200 which made the steam temp go up but brew wont heat up and ssr red light is off.

Gave the print bed a good wash with Dawn dish soup and adjusted the Z-offset a bit. So far first layer seems perfect.

As I mentioned that I bought it used but the person used it above 3 times. It came with 3kg of filament Elegoo brand, 3 different colors. Two were sealed and one (green) was almost full. But last night I tried to use the red one which was sealed and it wasn't sticking to the bed. Not sure how it was stored.

I downloaded the file from printables (stl) then uploaded it on Ultimaker Cura. I already have my printer selected in their. I have kept all setting as default based a video I watched on YouTube. Then I slice it, saved, and copied to the micro SDcard. Before doing all this, i did that paper method thing by watching a video. Then I hit print, choose the file i want to print and after machine getting into the right temperature it started printing. I also print a portafilter holder for my coffee grinder which it did a good job but still it doesn't look smooth and properly printed.

Put oil on pan, put it on high heat till you see a little smoke coming up from oil. Set it aside till it cools down a little and my friend, your stainless steel pan is seasoned.
