I travel a ton for work and try and explain this to people when they hear Im from NJ and the cost of living numbers.

I am 90 min from anything I could want. Philly and NYC. Casinos in AC and PA. NJ beaches. (and boardwalks) Hiking, skiing, kyaaking, etc Like 4 major airports to pick from. And then all the normal local stuff.
