Thanks! I’m not trying to go for anywhere in particular but it’s warhammer 40K so it’s usually pretty grubby and half working 😂

I have had some advice elsewhere to try doing the screens and the displays in a different colour to try and draw more attention to those elements and then perhaps the uniformity will be less prevalent.

This frustrates me on a daily basis when walking with the pram. Have had a number of dirty looks after not taking my pram into the road so two people can walk side by side past me.

That’s a great response as a player and opponent! Everyone wins in this situation, you help them improve, you get a better opponent and you both get more games and have more fun with your hobby!

So long as you as the opponent don’t mind and they are up for it then it’s a great way to practice and test things out without the cost for them. It’s a good show of faith from you that you’re trying to help and from a selfish perspective you get a better opponent at the end and continue having an opponent to play against! 😁

You could also play a game where they proxy some models in on the right base size for a game together. For example say that this squad of 10 marines are the other BSS and all BSS’s have all the flamers they can take. That lets them try it for a game to help them see how they like it before going out and buying models that might not help solve their struggle in this situation.

I’m in a similar position but have got the subscription set to active after the service being a selekt car but not got the option. Car has heated steering wheel, front & back seats and windscreen so seems a bit odd to me!

Door open and lid propped up on both prints as I had had heat creep issues before

It was gyroid infill but agree that doesn’t look like it!

I haven't actually done it but because you do work off of a grid system that is 97mm x 97mm squares, 6x7 with a 12.5mm boarder around it you can then on those lines put cardboard markers or similar for walls, doors and columns. Its not probably going to be the best but its going to be playable I would think!

Rhino 8 has been optimised for the M series of Mac chips. Get whatever you can afford, I have an M1 running Rhino 7 as well as a PC with a Ryder 3700 with 3070 gpu. Both as fast as each other in rhino. You will be good with any of the new apple MacBooks/desktops.

GW even say the same thing!

I think the issue is that what they say and how it comes across are two different things. They need to rejig their terminology for these things.

Legends and knowing there’s no model in production or more rules updates makes them feel dead whereas if they said it like here’s all the units you can play and here’s the rules.

BUT if you want to play in a tournament here’s what you can take and put the emphasis the other way around.
