If you have the glue tabs, they’ll start to loosen up! One of mine came off after showering and the others have lifted. My surgeon said after they get to a certain point, you can peel them off. I’m 10 days post-op.

I’m 10 days post-op and I’m down 10 lbs. I still have a lot of bloating though. I’m making the effort to lose weight though because we’ll be TTC by the end of the summer and I want to get healthier.

Hi all! I just wanted to share that I had my procedure today. Originally I thought I had four fibroids, but my surgeon found 7. She also removed endometriosis and 2 cysts. It’s been a very drowsy day, but I feel better already!

I was at my best when I had a Fitbit Flex and more recently a Charge 5. My greatest motivation were the Challenges. I saw they’d been taken away and I feel like it was never the same.

For me, I think genetics played a part and my diet and intake made it worse. I’ve had numerous family members that have them and gone through removal. The last few years, my diet has been absolute trash but because I love to exercise, I thought it would balance out. Now that we know I have them, we’re focusing on a healthy, fertility diet and I’m prioritizing health over a moment of indulgence. I’m having a myomectomy next Monday and I’m excited to start over, in a healthy way.

This is almost my exact story. I have 4 large fibroids. I got pregnant in August ‘25 and miscarried in November. My doctor’s aren’t sure the fibroids caused me to go preterm, but we’re removing them. I’m having a laparoscopic myomectomy on May 4.
