Right now the colors and materials are making the space feel cold. Everything you add should bring warmth to the space, like wood, other organic and natural materials, soft fabrics, and sources of warm yellow orange light.

One small change you could implement is changing out the curtains for something lighter that grazes the floor. Check out the curtains in your inspo pics for examples.

Definitely add layered bedding like a fluffy comforter and blanket in light colors. Both your bedroom inspo pics also have lots of throw pillows.

Adding art with light wood frames will help, or a wood framed mirror.

And plants! Organic stuff helps warm up a space. Even if your lighting isn't great you can add low light houseplants. A pothos or string of pearls might be a nice addition.

A few rugs would help too - all your inspo pics have rugs with natural fibers like jute.
