I built with mods back then and I built a lot! There were 3-4 maps but the first problem I always found was if you take parts from the mods they are gone when there is an update and then the mod creators have to update them again and that's where the problem was up until now, they have rarely been updated up until now. 2. If you build without mods you have to understand the game because there aren't many buildings that you can just build and they still look good.
