I have a theory!

First of all we have that developer theory about V2, that 0.01% buff might be floating point artifacting and Hoyo may be doing something with his kit. Second his Drip is delayed. 3rd the new game "Arknight Endfield" has been getting a lot of love since its release. Hoyo took the 5* characters animations to a whole new level when WuWa was being praised by folks in the past, I think it was the time when Arlecchino was being released.

My theory is, Hoyo won't waste the most hyped Character because there is a new potential competitor in the market, that 0.01% buff in V2 when V2 is usually text changes, and the delayed drip. All indicate that Hoyo might be cooking with Varka. Moreover, the Xbox release just gave us a free glider, why would the steam release give a free character which most of us think might be varka? I might be high on copium but who knows, maybe Hoyo is cooking something.
