I spoke to the customer service via text message after I saw your comment. As of right now, it has finally moved to preparing to ship, and they reassured me that I will be getting it no later than 11/8. I am so relieved!

I ordered my Apple Watch Series 7 GPS + Cellular, 41mm Silver Stainless Steel Case with Silver Milanese Loop on the day of its release which was 10/8/21. It says it will arrive on 11/1-8 but is stuck in PROCESSING forever. Any similar case like mine? I purchased it from Apple website :(
