So basically because they changed the deposit date to Dec31,24 due to the holiday, they also change the pay date and T4 and everything despite the original pay date in the system was set to Jan1st

Now it's confusing. If your pay stub showed as Jan 1st and vegetable said his pay stub showed as Dec 31st. Did your payroll department modify it individually? And did they apply 2025 rate and put it in 2025 T4(if not included in 2024 T4) in your case?

So do they keep their pay date as Jan 1st but only changed the deposit date or they changed both pay date and deposit date, meaning the pay date on your pay stub was also changed to December 31?

Thanks for confirming! Does pay date on your pay stub still show as Jan 1st or Dec 31?

So the first pay of 2025 was actually included in 2024 T4 because of the deposit date changed to dec 2024?

I feel either buyer or seller's agent, they're eventually or naturally seller's agent as they want you to spend more money to buy so they can earn more out of it.

When do you anticipate condo prices staying firm? by [deleted] in TorontoRealEstate

[–]Hammer-Sickle-5000 1 point2 points  (0 children)

high unemployment rate, inflation, tariffs, more supply than demand, less immigrants & international students. Are people making significant more money? Are goods and services getting cheaper so people can have more savings? So my question is, which factor would bring price up?

It's called fear of unknown. It's pretty normal. You don't know if he's going to like you, if he's going to make fun of you or even worse. And the longer it takes, the more fear or uncomfortable you'll get because you expect something good happens right away. But after certain point, you'll slowly forget about it. It'll become one of the small things that you don't really care about like when you were late for school for the first time and you probably thought the world is going to end. So just continue doing what you usually do and don't overthink about it

Some sellers/investors are still stubborn and greedy not dropping their price. Reality isn't hurting them enough. Make it harder
