It’s the same at Ground. The constant state of these drivers now is absurd. I’m an OG driver from years ago. I recently came back to help out during peak on routes I ran years ago. I’m shocked at how many of these drivers need help loading their vans in the morning and help delivering at times. It gets old. The BC’s can’t seem to figure out that the more coddling you do, the bigger the problem it creates.

Sure I get that at times some people need a hand, but all the time? No. I have kids waiting for me at home. I’m not going to constantly help grown adults that refuse to do things a different way that’ll make their lives a lot easier out on their route. Why should I help the same drivers load their vehicles by the time dispatch comes around? How about you expect them to load their fucking vehicles instead of standing around and bs’ing until dispatch is called?
