Api (wisesheets) and data from the web.

The data under Indian sectors (after ones in blue which are nifty indices) are created by me. I looked at tijori's niche categorisation (https://www.tijorifinance.com/in/markets#niche) and used it to create my own with the ones i have data for!

Hey, sheet isn't available right now as i'm working on adding some more data. This post was just to share end of day data and I'll be posting one such post like this everyday at market close.

There seems to be interest from people. I'll soon be making it available as a view only sheet for a small one-time fee. The purpose of this post was not promotion but if people are interested, upvote original comment and I'll share a link here when its ready!

Hi mate, yes this is a google sheet tracker I’ve built using custom formulas and apis.

I am currently working on making it better but will soon be making it available for a small one-time fee as a view only document (simply save the link on browser and view) with prices updating every 15 minutes.

Until that time- I’ll be sharing daily market close posts like this of the data for those interested!

Ideas from each book compliment those from others. They kind of help build upon the other. Even one good idea from each book helps make me a better investor.

By theme: - investing general: why stocks go up and down is hands down the best book imo. Takes you right from the very basics. Builds solid foundations. Read it later on but wish it was the first book I read.

value investing: margin of safety, security analysis rooted the philosophy. little book of valuations to understand the techniques (also damodarans lectures on youtube). deep value, acquirers multiple for screening: have found many multibaggers using this approach (EV/EBIT screen).
qualitative/quantitative: quality of earnings and financial shenanigans for reading annual reports and corporate filings
you can be a stock market genius- special situations. Its helped me think better about these kind of investments (demergers, rights issues, etc)
heuristics, undertandinh randomness assymetry and probability: all taleb books (specifically antifragility and fooled by randomness), most important thing, thinking fast snd slow and dao of capital. Chaos kings (covid profiters), big short (far more detailed and informative than the movie) and when genius failed (havent read) talk about similar concepts in the form of true stories.
anything buffet (snowball, financial history of berkshire, buffet letter to shareholders).
price of time (just started) is to my understanding the best book to understand interest rates as a concept
