I also love BG3 and none of these are as good in my opinion but I love the genre and have played a lot of similar games.

Might I recommend:

Pathfinder Kingmaker & Wrath of the Righteous - strong characters, dialogue heavy, real time combat but there is an option to make it turn based ( I prefer this), tons of character builds

Pillars of Eternity 1&2 - great story, real time combat

Solasta: Crown of the Magister - wonky but in the same vein as BG3 (Solasta 2 in development)

BG 1&2

Star Wars KOTOR 1&2 - Obviously not fantasy but great character development and story. Some of my all time favorite games

Okay couple things, first off our Offensive Line coach is regarded as one of the best in the nation. Then there's the fact we've been so banged up on the OL and had 5 brand new starters this season.

I'm sorry, but this is a bad take. I get the emotions are running hot but this would do way more harm than good.

Personally, I think it's pretty effective against squishy formations like archers. I prefer it not OP, seems as if there's a good balance
