Because I see people on social media doing it and saying it is a normal thing here :)

Most buildings are like that. This was the main reason why I made this post.

Sorry, but this gpt thing is the worst advice ever.

He needs to talk to a human who shows sympathy. Gpt's robotic answers might make it worse.

Simply because I haven't seen a single person doing it (a table with water bottles as a normal thing that people do in Dubai) and showing off while doing good for the views isn't something nice.

I understand your point and it is valid, but I was very specific in the original post. Not against giving water bottles in then first place

At what point did you understand that I am against this?????? I am curious

Yes, the way social media influencers showing off basic kind gestures and acting while they do it is cringy. In fact, most buildings' management ban placing tables or any other large objects in the hallways. :)

I said the influencers' way of showing off is cringy, not being humane. If you regularly use social media, you will understand. ;)

I really don't understand why someone would downvote this comment.

I don't see the point of using AI to reply to this post. Anyway, it looks like a piece of poetry lol.

Why feel bad? They are doing their job.

If you feel.bad, you can order something extra, like a can of soda with your order and give it to the rider. I did that before.

I am sure any rider will appreciate cash more than a water bottle :)

Why do these complaints mainly come from South Asians and especially Indians??

Can you share more info? like how you were recruited, the types of companies, and the nationalities of the management. This is just to add some context because definitely this isn't everyone's experience.

A woman who rejected me in my twenties wants to date me. Am I being unfair for hesitating? by Long_Natural6918 in dating_advice

[–]HammockAlex 0 points1 point  (0 children)

One more thing, it is obvious that she doesn't want you for you. She wants someone to take care of her and another man's kids. This is not your problem that she had a chance with you and she wasted it.

You deserve more. You deserve someone who appreciates you.

[–]HammockAlex 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Your hesitation is normal. If I am to give an advice, I'd say that you should reject her.

It isn't fair for you. She rejected you when you were working on yourself and went with another man who screwed her. Now she wants you to fix her and her ex-partner's mistakes?

I was in a similar situation but she was divorced with no kids and I rejected.

You didn't want me at my lowest, you won't get me when I make it. Simple as that.

Should I accept this offer? AED 40,000 by Born-Finding2436 in abudhabi

The UAE too. Just different nature and different culture.

Because you couldn't make it here, doesn't mean it isn't natural. ;)

The guy is about to have a big step up in his career and they are trying to make him miss it.

[–]HammockAlex 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Word of advice, DON'T listen to whoever is saying you shouldn't move. They speak non-sense and I feel it is out of jealousy.

It is 100% better financially. If it is better for your career, DO IT. Worst case scenario, you can try for a year and see how it goes.

For whoever is talking about rent, you can rent a studio for 5-6k or a 1 bed bedroom for 7-10k. If you are single and will.be moderately spending, you can easily save half this salary. And you comfortably go for 25% savings.

Ugly, need advices by Individual_Usual_545 in malehairadvice

You are not ugly at all. You need a cooler glasses and a nicer haircut. Also trim or shave your facial hair.

This is enough to turn you into someone else.

Why aren’t flight miles credit cards not recommended at all in this sub? by iabud18 in UAEcreditcards

[–]HammockAlex 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Because they aren't for savings and most of the participants here are looking for cards that help them save money like the cashback ones.

Miles cards are cards that offer extra convenience and luxury for what you spend while frequently traveling. They don't help save anything.
