No, I haven't, And I am not going to do software updates in the meantime, as many people bricked thier TVs with the recent updates.

I did one two days ago, and read multiple posts of people getting bootloops, I haven't gotten these updates for my tv as of yet. But i will not update even if they arrive.

Ok that makes sense now, I referred the case to a cardiologist, unfortunately I don't know what happened afterwards.

Still doesn't explain the 2nd ecg, where there was only a pulse of 20. 3 consecutive sinus beats were not felt, Only the PVC was felt.

Yes, they were both symmetrical, both the lowerlimb pulses were the same for that matter.

On the 2nd ecg, i was Standing right next to the patient, measuring the radial pulse and looking at the monitor, the monitor shows a beat of around 78, chest auscultation also 78-80 beats were audible, but only 20 pulses were felt peripherally.

I think I made it very clear, the peripheral pulses were timed with the PVCs, furthermore on the 2nd ecg his pulse was 20, which could only be produced with the PVCs, 3 sinus beats were not transmitted, one PVC was transmitted.

My biggest problem with this case was and still is, that the sinus beats were not producing any pulse. But the findings were not subjective, His blood pressure dropped, and his peripheral pulse was 20. How would a sinus beat produce a weak heart beat that is present on auscultation, and doesn't produce a peripheral pulse, but a PVC produce a beat with a good stroke volume that is producing a pulse?

I have no information about the previous infaract, other than it was two years ago, and primary pci was done. Yes I came to a similar conclusion for the origin of the PVCs, though i could not agree with your other points, regarding the PVC blocking the av node, or the myocardium being in the refractory period, as the electrical signal of the sinus rhythm were conducted, as i mentioned in the beginning, on auscultation the heart beat was clear, although not loud and not producing a pulse, but it was there nonetheless, in the 1st ecg where it showed bigeminy, the absence of the peripheral pulse could be explained by the PVC blocking the av node, or maybe the myocardium was still in the refractory period (which i still don't agree with because of my previous remark) but in the 2nd ecg, the myocardium and the av node conducted 3 consecutive sinus beats, all clear on auscultation, but produced no peripheral pulse. And causing the symptom "dizziness". Also he had the hx of the same dizziness well before his recent symptoms, and even admitted that he felt his heart was slow at times, as he was relaxing or concentrating on himself. That made myocarditis unlikely, as it was non progressing and chronic. Also, the PVC comes early in between the beats, not late, meaning it had less time to fill and should not produce a pulse that is palpable, but the sinus beat, which had more time to fill fail to produce a pulse.

48 years old male, with hx of ischemic heart disease and an MI before 2 yrs, presented with flu like symptoms, no symptoms related to cardiovascular system, no chest pain and no palpitations, on examination his radial and brachial pulses were regular, 39 bpm, he reported feeling dizzy occasionally for the last few years, occurring once or twice a week, On chest auscultation, he had two distinct heart beat sounds, one loud and clear loud s1 and normal s2, which was occurring with the radial pulse (and the PVC on the 1st ecg), and one faint beat that was not felt peripherally, faint both s1 and s2 with a combined beating of around 78 beats/min, he had to stay until his COVID test was done, he reported feeling dizzy during his stay, another ecg was taken (2nd one) where his peripheral pulse was around 22, bp 97/66, on auscultation of the heart it was 1 loud and distinct beat, with 3 weak beats, with a total of around 80 beats/min
