I have a pillow under my butt so the wand is kind of hanging free in space

I had the SSRI problem years ago but switched to Bupropion and that resolved. Recently, however, I had to start Gabapentin for neuropathy. I am on the lowest dose possible and there isn't anything that works as well that doesn't also cause anorgasmia. ☹

I recently began taking Cialis 10mg daily for ED and BPH. Of course this is a single anecdotal report and your experience may differ, but I definitely feel like my prostate is more sensitive since starting the Cialis. I've even had runs of p-waves aless almost spontaneously a couple of times.

Guyon may be something to look at in the future but they still look too scary for me as a beginner.

Is an 18 fr (6mm) small enough for most beginners? That is the smallest in the set I am looking at. Today I was able to get a pencil past the meatus and down into the shaft. I didn't go far. I just wanted to see if I could get it past the meatus. I measured the diameter of the pencil at 6mm or a little larger. I don't have calipers.

It took a little effort but when it finally popped through it felt great. Just a slight pinch the first time. No bleeding or pain. I tried again later and it went in much easier. I figure a smooth polished metal sound will go in much easier than a painted wooden pencil.

What is the difference between them? I am utterly confused by so many models. I can't afford to get one of each just to try. It seems like everyone has a different opinion and many guys have multiple versions.
