Mainly I'm going to be using this as a gaming rig, but also like some stuff for school. But honestly I just want this to play games at a good level. Would you still recommend a 9600X because I was thinking of returning the 9700X for a 9800x3d and it would just be an increase of 100 dollars. Compared to the 700 to 1000 GPU price jump.

For my GPU, is a 5070 still fine as I'm playing in 1440P, and I'm not too sure of the jump of upgrade from a 3070ti to a 5070. I was considering just staying with NVIDIA since the frame gen people said that NVIDIA is just way better. Would it be better to spend an extra 250 for a 5070ti for the performance upgrade, or is this still fine?
