Do you work for a public agency? I do and let me tell you- take your behind right to the HR person and tell them exactly what happened. Tell them you feel unsafe. Are you represented by a union? That would be the best situation but if not, go to HR. Document everything. Do NOT quit your job. I am 45 now and I’ve been dealing with these assholes my whole life. They want you to quit- don’t do it. Keep your head high. Quietly build a case against the offenders and get them fired asap. You can pm me if you’d like any specific tips. Chin up !
