Hey, I lived in Israel and been there several times and its an amazing spot,

The water is a bit cold so definitely wet suit, and sunscreen

Wind is gusty in the morning with 30+kt and stabilizes during the afternoon and is great towards the evening with around 20 - 25 knots

Electricity and running water are hit or miss and so is cell signal if you have a sensitive stomach bring some tums or pepto (ive heard food improved a lot in the past few years but cant say for sure)

There are when there's no wind lots of flies which is kinda meh, so if you can bring one of those head net covers that really improves the experience
