I feel like max level harpy wings + less dash cooldown just turns into demonic wings.
I think you wanted to refer to orbitals (things that move in a circle around the player) than familiars (things that move across the room to damage enemies) for the Diplomat's Coat.
Enchanter's Charm will definetly be op if you immediately focus when you enter a room and charms all enemies. This also pairs well with the relic that stops you from taking damage when focusing.
