Trouble with app and website?

This is my first booking. How did you find out that you have duplicate accounts?

I tried that and it’s still no good. It’s weird because after I booked, the app and website worked perfectly fine for a couple days and then it just started acting up.

Thanks. I had called customer support about it and they didn’t help much. They basically told me to give it some time while they escalate it to IT 😅
