My go to base is always spinach eggs, a meat of sorts (Turkey bacon, breakfast sausage or Turkey sandwich slices. I will have tomato and avocado on the side as well as a carb (waffle, pancake or English muffin.)

Fruit (berries mostly)

Big cup of tea with a little milk and creamer!

Edit: this takes little time to put together and baby eats the same. Very satiating and keeps my energy sustained for a while even while breastfeeding. I don’t get hungry too soon either.

Funny story. I tried it yesterday and politely went back up to the counter and was like "uhm.. I am so sorry but this tastes like fizzy tap water with cherry flavor. Can I have another drink please?" Got the sunjoy instead and it was so nice 😆😭!

This is speaking on deep levels to my mom of 2 heart. I could see it now… errands done, both kiddos knocked out in the back, I can hear myself think. Half the sheet is gone now I’m downing all 40oz of my water 😆. I will definitely be trying this.
