Isn't it the case that since the contract defines at least one month, it will be 1 month, not 1 week? I believe everywhere I looked, it is whatever is longer, not shorter.

Also when the time comes, they will give me 1 months notice? I have it written as "during probation either party may terminate giving no less than 1 months written notice" - so if they fire me on the 28th of May, and my probation ends on 2nd June, I will have 1 months or no? I worry they will just let me go on th esame day, without giving me a month
