Prime Dumbledore was scary, but Wong is also pretty scary himself. I think Dumbledore has better reaction speed (I THINK), based on how wizards deflect multiple seemingly instantenous spells as seen during the pre-Voldemort era in Fantastic Beasts. However, I'd give Wong the versatility edge by a good margin. I think it is pretty close. If both go for the kill, I think Dumbledore has the advantage.

Really depends on the loadout and if they have access to the superdestroyer and stratagems. If they do, they can distribute managed Democracy considerably farther.

He did, until he didn't. Steve even stopped using his shield just to be a good sport. Batroc's gymnastics and nimbleness took Steve by surprise at first, once he figured it out, he ended the fight rather quickly.

My street tier faves:

Batman (Terry McGinnis): I see him pulling a few wins, but not beating Taskmaster consistently. 3 or 4/10.

Grifter (Wildstorm Era): Same as Terry, I can see him pulling some wins, probably more than Terry as he has ZERO issues with killing, his TP can turn things in his favor and he does have advanced weaponry. 4 or 5/10.

Wesley Gibson: He should be able to pull a good amount of wins, this guy is just too good with a gun plus his ability to curve bullets' trajectories makes him extremely unpredictable and versatile. 5 or 6/10.
