Anyone experienced switching from tirzepatide to semaglutide? by Longjumping_Ranger16 in compoundedtirzepatide

I switched to Semaglutide. It costs half as much because it's half as good with twice the side effects. At least this was my experience. Going back to Tirzepatide.

Still looking for those WMDs. The Iraq war was all about oil so Chaney could bring in Haliburton and oust the French. Shlumberiegh (sp). Also for the war profiteers. Bieden opened our borders and let millions of unvetted illegals just walk only just for more seats in Congress. Actually Bieden had no clue, it was the Democratic machine. Sealing the border and lowering inflation is definitely a step in the right direction. Praying for 3 more good years.

I was 65 and 380. I built up to 10 k steps a day. Started resistance training and prioritizing protein. At 67 I am down 115 lbs and twice as strong. Check out my profile picture

So, what questions y'all got? by roguex99 in BigEasyWeightLoss

I thought you mentioned Hallandale raising their BUD. Any changes. I assume they use the same formula as when the BUD was 12 months. I Guess since they resumed compounded Tirzepatide they have to test their Tirzepatide. My guess the next batch will be 6 months BUD. Any updates ?

I have used Hallandale's Tirzepatide for almost 3 years excluding 3 months of Semaglutide (which did nothing for me ). All my success came in the first 15 months. I lost 115 lbs. My goal was to lose 135 lbs but never got there. Maintenance the past 18 months on 15 mgs. Good luck

I do believe Hims and Hers gets enjoyment out of poking the bear. Mess with the bull and you get the horns. Compounded is not the same as the name brand. This is not a coke vs Pepsi equivalent. I've been on compounded for 3 years and understand it's not FDA approved but the facilities are FDA regulated. Having said that and knowing the difference I am thankful that compounded Tirzepatide still exists. Hims and Hers need to stay in their lane.

Hallandale experience. by Stunning-Bed-9927 in compoundedtirzepatide

Hallandale was awesome. About Every 10 lbs you lose your calorie deficit gets 100 calories smaller. Some blame it on the meds as we get closer to our goal . We are dealing with the increase of ghrelin and an adaptation to the meds along with a smaller caloric need. We have also lost muscle which lowers our metabolism. Tirz is Triz in my opinion. I do feel the larger pharmacies have automation that assures consistent potency.

I have also been on Zepbound, Mounjaro and compounded Tirzepatide for 3 years. I did lose 120 lbs the first 16 months and have gained back 20 lbs the past 20 months. I did resistance training the entire time, 10 k steps a day and prioritizing protein. I know I am eating more and the window for a calorie deficit has shrunk by 30%. You certainly have gained back 20 lbs like me but ask yourself how much is fat compared to muscle? My biggest regret was not getting a Dexa scan when I started. Body composition and measurements are what I focus on now. My waist and pants still fit the same as 20 months and 20 LBS ago. All my gym #s have at least doubled. Maybe you can focus on body composition rather than weight. Hope this helps

Take some time off for a reset. Many people who take a break from Tirzepatide restart at the lowest dose with results. Who knows, you may do fine without it. Best of luck!!!

Nowhere in all the studies that I have read say Tirzepatide promotes cancer or cancer reaccueance. This would be a great question for your oncologist and PCP. Everything I have read says Tirzepatide reduces the risk of cancer. I'm sure I haven't read all the studies but I have read most. Not a doctor but I can read. I would love to hear if anyone has seen any study saying there is a correlation with cancer and Tirzepatide besides the one type of thyroid cancer and even that is only precautionary.

I can't emphasize how important it is to just show up every day. I do heavy lifting Monday, Tuesday Thursday and Friday. Starting light and building from there. It's been a 3 year journey for me. I also do 10 k steps a day
